Early Days Morning Course
Our health and movement course for early days postpartum women is focused on early postpartum physical recovery and safe movement.
This half day course features some relaxation and meditative time, a full informative session with Q&A, a talk from our women's physiotherapist, a pilates session and educational movement session.

Prenatal Course
Our health and movement course for prenatal women is focused on how to look after your body and exercise safely during pregnancy.

My Day
This day retreat is a day just for you.
A chance to check in and look after your needs.

This maternal day retreat starts with a relaxation session, a talk by our women's health physiotherapist and a yoga class.
​
After a lunch break, we will do a group exercise class before some maternal journaling and reflective time.
​
We will finish the day with a pilates session and meditation.
